I did it!

So - I did it for TWO days in a row! Yesterday, not another dime spent. This morning, I logged in to our credit card account - and saw that our amount owed didn't change! It is so much fun to see that and play this new little game with myself. I must admit though, I was REALLY wanting to stop this morning and get Caribou versus the tea that I get at work (pre-bought months ago and use the water from the cafeteria here) - but I realized I didn't need it.

It was SO beautiful out last night when I got home that I wrapped up Grace and kept her in her carseat - snapped her in to our BOB - grabbed Lila (hesitantly...) and was out the door.

In all honesty....I REALLY didn't want to take Lila too....but felt super guilty leaving her at home when she had been in her kennel all day. Needless to say, the walk was short because every time we saw a dog, I thought I was either going to lose the stoller or the dog. I had to keep her leash short so she'd stay on the sidewalk and not spend her time sniffing everything and jerking me around. In the end, that's likely the last time that happens. Grace loved the walk though! She stayed awake most of it and was happy when we got home!
